Description
La cabane a sucre is one of my earlies memories of Quebec. I am in the group of my cousins in the second row on the right. I was born in Ontario and did not speak French at the time. My connection to my relatives was very limited. In the background you can see my father and uncles on the left, and my mother with her sisters on the right. The sugar shack is that of my uncle and this was my first experience eating maple taffy on the snow.
