Joanne Dennis will be sharing her tips and tricks to reducing the grocery bills by going back to her roots with harvest cooking.  She will teach you how to make your own condiments, breads, cheeses and more.  You will learn how easy it is to make your own canned and jarred goods with basic whole ingredients.  Each meal will include interactive lessons where you get the recipes and bring home the goods.  When we are not cooking, Melissa Burgher will teach us weaving using textiles and natural materials to make a basket/wall hanging.

Gathering in circles promote a sense of unity, encourage active participation, provide a space for individual creativity, and are designed for participants of all skill levels. Our trained facilitators will deliver guided practices to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance inner peace.
