You create your reality, and you can recreate it at any time.  Give your mind the respect it deserves.  Your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and actions all hold enormous creative power.

Living in the times of Covid sometimes makes it feel impossible to create results. So many barriers and hurdles affect our moods. When it comes to our creativity this can have a huge impact. I’ve experienced this challenge, and have noticed that defusing my negative thoughts through meditation and stillness has helped. Just sitting with my art supplies in the studio resets my mood.
